Hunter is the SVP and General Manager for CBI Workplace Solutions over their Raleigh and Winston-Salem offices. He has been with CBI for nearly 5 years starting in Knoxville, TN leading their East TN region. Hunter is passionate about living out CBI’s purpose – to love & serve their clients, associates, and communities. As a workplace solutions leader, CBI supports clients across corporate offices, healthcare, government, life science, and other verticals. He is married to his wife Hunter (yes, same name) and their 3 children. 

Matt is the Managing Director for JLL’s Raleigh office. Matt focuses his real estate practice on advising end users with their facilities needs and long-term strategy. He brings over ten years of experience working on behalf of landlords and tenants alike. Matt graduated from North Carolina State University, receiving a Bachelor of Science degree from the Poole College of Management with Cum Laude honors.

Dave is the Vice President of the Southeast Region for McGough Construction. Dave leads the strategic advancement of McGough’s work in the Southeastern region as well as the continued growth of our Technology and Life Sciences sector across the United States. A topic that Dave is very knowledgeable about is Servant Leadership. He loves to listen to people and help them consider how they can best help others through the leadership opportunity they have been entrusted with.

Brian is the CEO of Bobbitt Construction. He has over 19 years in the construction business and client development and has proven experience with the ability to build strong teams, drive new business, manage successful projects, and mentor staff. He holds a bachelor's degree in Business Management and Administration from Mount St. Mary College in Newburgh, New York. He is married to his wife, Emily, and their three young children, Braden (9), Madisyn (6), and Cameron (4).

Bob is Senior Director in Cushman & Wakefield’s Raleigh-Durham, NC office and an active member of Cushman & Wakefield’s Tenant Advisory Group. With over 30 years in corporate real estate and brokerage, Mr. Van Wormer focuses his practice on representing corporate owners and tenants with projects in the Triangle and across the U.S.  Bob and his wife, Ashley, make their home in Cary, have two college-age children, and attend Summit Church.

David is an Associate Principal at Hanbury. Growing up as the son of a landscape architect, David Cole, AIA developed an early appreciation for the impact of good design. Now an architect, David guides clients to reconsider their perceptions of buildings, focusing on how spaces should evoke feelings in their inhabitants. 

Jason is currently a Principal at Redline Design Group. He was instrumental in their merger with Phillips Architecture just a few years ago. He is an integral part of the leadership team helping serve clients across many verticals including healthcare, life science, automotive, industrial, and corporate office. Jason Byrd graduated from the University of Buffalo and is married with 2 children. 

Matt is an experienced commercial real estate professional having worked in the industry since 2016. He was recruited to join Davis Moore’s Life Science Practice Group to focus on Tenant Representation after working for over half a decade with the nation’s largest private life-science real estate investment company, Longfellow Real Estate Partners. Matt is originally from Virginia and is a graduate of Hampden-Sydney College. He lives in Raleigh with his wife Tessa and their sons, Pascal and Hollman.

Matt Cain serves as Executive Vice President of Brookwood Construction. Matt joined Brookwood in 2011 and leads the pre-construction and estimating. Matt is married to Allison and has two children. He grew up in North Carolina and attended NC State University where he obtained a degree in Construction Engineering and Management. Prior to joining Brookwood Matt worked 10 years for another local Raleigh general contracting firm. When he’s not working Matt enjoys playing golf, hunting, fishing, and spending time with his family.

Jim Harris joined TradeMark Properties after working in the Triangle for a local real estate developer and brokerage firm. Jim serves as the CEO and is tasked with creating new business opportunities here and outside of the Triangle. Jim is a native of Raleigh and a graduate of UNC Chapel Hill. He is an active member of his church, enjoys all sports, and above all spending time with his family.
